We were once called the repositories of thinking, from Vedas to Upanishads, from Arthshastra to Lilavati .all are based on free thinking. The authors of these books went through cognitive thinking processes in order to generate these master pieces which have no competitors. They have acquired the power of thinking and had given concrete as well as lucid theories thinking freely has reproduced many erudite whose knowledge became the foundation of our values and ethics. The country which was so enriched with thinking processes is lacking presently in its thinking capabilities. Thinking can be done in several ways but thinking in present at the right time for the betterment of future is of more value. Perhaps the needs as well as the greed drive man to think but this thinking can take us only to the minnow hails which will be only for one self.

Thinking need to be redefined in many contexts as a large swathe of population of our country is falling under the youth segment. Think tank has become a mundane thing in various fields but do they think in proper context. Thinking defines attitude and value of an individual. As thinking is declining so are values. Thinking describes our language our culture our art our dress our manners our customs and the innumerable happenings of our daily life. Everything bears the stamp of our joint endeavour.

Our thinking processes should be like a dam which is useful in generating electricity. We need to organise our thoughts first and make it so powerful that when it is translated into accent it produces the maximum; otherwise it would be of no worth. Thinking need to be innovative as it constructs a base of communication with our inner self and should be modified by intrapersonal feedbacks. Thinking should be maintained and produced by the thoughtless work rather than by workless thought which would be more beneficial to the society knowledge can be a base of thinking but it can be regenerated from within also.

We need perpetrators of thinking in this competitive world and care and compassion. Care and compassion can lead in sustained competitive advantage world. Most of the institutions in India which are producing leaders are developing prowess in the individual but thinking skills embedded in them are deficit. It is imperative that young generation should pursue innovative thinking process as they have to act as connoisseur and try to energise people and change their mindset and attitude at deeper level. Thinking process has to be enhanced at self conscious level and rather being limiting it to conscience.

As thinking is a broad spectrum and there is immediate requisite that is for the development of human being. Thinking can imbibe the living illustrations of ethics and actions so that they can not be unassailable by any obligations. Thinking in right way allows the redirection and enhancement of inherent growth potential of our nation with action wherever required training individual towards thinking is necessary in order to nurture the ability to discern and judge what is good for them and also for the growth and productivity of individuals.

An effort has to be made within the thinking process to deal with the consequences of the current culture be it in the relation with the past, present and extrapolating the future which should be the young ones to be concerned Thinking need to be oriented in a free way than being droved by career and money.
